I am starting my choice of carrers over. I went back to school to upgrade my skills, which were about 25 years out of date. I went back into a field that I have experience in, which was working in an office, doing most aspects that an Administrative Assistant would be doing. I am quick at learning new tasks, and I am very reliable.

2016 - Present

Process passengers for their flight. Change itinerary as needed. Deplane and replane passengers. Print departure paperwork for flight crew and ground workers. Resolve ticket and luggage issues. Attend training as needed. Assist with Special Service Request. Check inventory.

Customer Service Representative (Chat)

Respond to incoming chat from one of the major wireless companies customers who are inquiring about service issues with their cell phone account. Review bills, change plans, issue credits as needed, suspend and disconnect service as requested.
